Week I) Take Inventory
We begin this process of physiology shift through getting honest and noticing. In addition to journaling, we incorporate 3 exercises into each day to gently help you to notice how you relate and respond to the things around you.
Week II) Activate
This week, we activate the relaxation circuits. Through three exercises, we release energetic blocks in the body, practice cognitive exercises to help to activate different neural circuitry and thus expanded opportunities for decisions, and we lean into what we like allowing us to relish in small pleasures and get to know ourselves again, and we incorporate small moments of fun and play so that we can recognize these expressions as safe once more.
Week III) Amplify
This week, we amplify the activation to help instill normalcy. We utilize affirmations and build and ground energy using our voice and bodies as conduits.
Week IV) Normalization
This week is the week that we normalize what has been activated and amplified so far so that it is grounded as a new frequency and way of being. We get intentional be fun and laughter and create our own pockets of pleasure. We utilize the public world around us as a test to hold the frequency, and we use our rich, vivid inner world to prepare us for the venture with safety and grounded confidence.
Week IV) Repetition
New neural pathways and thus new embodiments are only established through repetition. We continue to repeat this process until we feel we have reached the level of embodiment we like best.
