What is Vibrational Harmony?

What is Vibration?

The way by which you align with something happens through your attention and through your thought-feeling interplay forms. Given that everything has a vibration, when you give your attention to something, you are taking on the energetic vibration of the thing to which you give your attention. When you are thinking something, you are carrying the vibrational frequency of the thoughts. All thoughts have a feeling state associated with them. Hence, your feelings are meant to guide you and inform you of what your vibrational frequency is.

Additionally, when your thoughts are a vibrational match for what you desire, you feel good. Your emotional range would be from contentment to expectation to eagerness to joy. On the flip side, when your thoughts are not a vibrational match for what you desire, you feel bad. Your emotional range would be from feelings of pessimism, to worry, to discouragement, to anger, to insecurity, to depression.
When you are chronically focusing your attention on the things that you dislike and on the things which you do not want, you are priming and prepping your mind to normalize this tendency of focus as your habituation. Furthermore, you are actively working to resist the Abundance of all that is.
How to achieve vibrational harmony with the thing you desire to manifest:
The best way to achieve vibrational harmony with that which you desire is to pretend that you have it already right now.
Given that it is easier to engage your feelings than it is to control or monitor your thoughts, you can amplify your feelings and animate a given feeling state to the effect of creating the momentum. As you continue to do this, you will notice that the thoughts that cause these feeling states are easier to maintain over time.

One thing that is important to remember, though, as you go about feeling as if you have the desire you are intentionally manifesting already right now is that you must be mindful not to feel in response to your lack of not having it now.
Oftentimes, people confuse feeling like you have it now with bypassing your current situation. What results is a state of trying to conquer this situation and to somehow prove to yourself that this situation is not real. This puts tremendous focus on this situation, which is the situation which must change to have the desire you intend to manifest manifest.
